The process, from the very first contact to closing was explained in simple terms i understood. This was the first time I refinanced a home loan and Penny mac made it very understandable for me.
My initial loan officer contact was Ryan Tang. He was extremely helpful and the process of refinancing was smooth. After that, each time I called with a question, I was in touch with a different loan processor. Each of these individuals were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Normally when you talk to a different person each time with other organizations, it's confusing and they aren't helpful. Not so with PennyMac. I appreciate that all the processors were wonderful to work with.
