Your website is horrible. Many times it says "fetching information" and spins forever. Also I am now having issues pulling up my notification of sale
I talked to Tara once. i am unreachable during the day. So she left voicemails. Whenever I called to follow up or ask questions, i always spoke to someone else on my assigned M.A.C. team. In the if you're asking me how my experience with Tara was, I have to say "what experience?". Not negative, not positive, not existing. However, how was my experience with PennyMac? It was great. I highly recommend you guys to others.
Helpful and quick!
Polina and the others on the "team" were always very helpful with questions and suggestions. The only problem was with the underwriters and we had to submit cash documents 3 or 4 times...they were not clear on what they were looking for. Got very frustrating...Polina did her best to get details for us. She helped a lot, but that document chase slowed the process down by many weeks.
Tiffany was great!
I highly recommend financing with Penny Mac. They are very friendly and make the process smooth and simple.
The entire group was efficient in communicating and time management was superb from the first day until the last.
Do not wish to make a testimonial
The previous loan officers did not deliver as promised and provided a lot of false information. Prior to Maliaka Hill, I was told to apply for a loan, it was declined and was told "I'm sorry I made a mistake and should have had you wait because of COVID19 restrictions, please reapply in 3 months." Three months later I was denied again and was told "You have to wait 6 months." I tried on last time 6 months later and requested a new loan officer and Maliaka was part of the new / better team.
