Very good experience with loan reginance
You involved way too many people. No one knew what the others were doing. Too many applications, too many forms requested over and over. Communication severely lacking.
Entire process went smoothly from start to finish, we were able to reduce our interest rate with reasonable closing cost and able to close in a timely manner. I would recommend their services to others.

Chantel and the PennyMac team was great to work with. I really liked that a notary came to my home to close out the loan. It helped reduce the closing costs for us to refinance. I would definitely recommend PennyMac to refinance your existing mortgage. We lowered our monthly payment by about $200 and got rid of PMI.
Even though we ran into a couple of snags along the way, the team from Penny Mac kept things rolling and helped us overcome the obstacles with good advice, good communication and prompt action.
The process was slow. I sometimes had a difficult time communicating my question to Mr. Martinez.
