Refinance was quick and simple
Very easy and fast. Everyone was friendly and professional
My original loan was in my name I was single when purchased, I was not told my wife would have to sign until after process was started and credit ran (swe live in North Carolina its a state law) I would have thought ur people would have informed me from the start, U DID NOT. My wife DID NOT WANT TO SIGN. She did but I lookerd like I had no clue what was going on. She became very leary of ALL INFO because I was not given correct info to begin with. Professional all the way through.
I was either repeatedly given incorrect information or in several instances no information at all despite several requests made at my end. The closing documents were inaccurate. Closing was delayed several times and the funding was also delayed. In short, everything that could go wrong went wrong. Can’t imagine how a company in a regulated environment is allowed to function in this manner.
