Offered the most competitive rate investigated. PennyMac actually did what they said they were going to do. Overall easy to communicate with all involved.

I would recommend Penny Mac in the future
The entire process lasted a few months and everyone was very helpful and informative.
The process was great except for the closing documents. We noticed some inaccurate information that needed changed and called to have it fixed. When the closing documents arrived we couldn’t sign because they were still not correct and it delayed our closing.
More communication. Process took longer than previous refinancing not online.
