It was simple and easy
Communicate return calls answer question felt like I was getting scammed during process. We own several houses have had sevaral loans never had it been so BAD. Not just ERIK or others passing us about seemed to be company wide. Good Luck. sorry tried not to leave bad response but seemed spamed to do so.
I do not believe the issue was with my loan team. Dealing with a refinance into a VA loan seemed to be a new experience for the team, so there was some miscommunication through the process. Just a learning and growing experience.
