Overall, my experience and expectations of PennyMac were far exceeded and I would highly recommend anyone interested in doing business with a very progressive and innovative financial institution.
Most of my communication was with Stephen Toth. I only had one or two contacts with Andy. The experience overall was good.
We couldn’t get the loan we wanted and had manny issues and more than one person to communicate with

Pennymac is always professional and straightforward. I can trust that they will provide me with a great rate and service everytime.
I was in process of obtaining a investment property loan with another lender my agent had set me up, they offered me a 3.99 % interest loan, luckily i looked into PennyMacs quotes. I initially spoke to a very helpful gentlemen loan officer Daniel, who heard my situation and then got me pre-approved. I was worried the pre-approval was only a pre-approval and not gonna be able to get me final approval, but he gave me a very good interest rate of 3.4%.
