I felt overall it was a good experience but I think maybe some training should be done with working with military members. Service overall was great, the outcome was great but I was turned off twice just the way a couple of my questions/statements were addressed. Perhaps it was not intentional but I remember that. This does not effect the loan. I am trying to find out why I have an $800. 00, plus dollar amount in box 5 on my Pennymac Form 1098. I can't finish my taxes until this form is revised.
