Kami was great. The greater picture was pretty crappy. It took over a year and 3 applications even though we are in great standing and were only refi-ing and already had a loan in good standing with Pennymac. Docs were lost and re-requested. More docs were constantly asked for. Weeks would go by with no communication when we though things were just processing through only to finally reach someone to hear new and irrelelvant to our finances docs were being requested.
