I would have appreciated a better info on when actual loan pay off would be completed. And when the Home Equity Check would be processed.
My loan officer Nickolas was great to work with. He keep me up to date throughout the loan process and made it very easy to complete. I would use PennyMac again for a future purchase or refinance of my loan. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to do a refinance would highly recommend it for everyone wanting to lower interest rates and save money and years off your loan.
