The Loan Services Team was great from the beginning of my Refinance until the closing. My questions were answered completely and thoroughly concerning the time it would take to process my loan to the actual closing date. My calls were returned within hours or one business day and the representative were always friendly and knowledgeable concerning my specific loan.
