Most likely it was not the doing of Suzanne, however, updated closing docs during the process almost never reflected the actual $$ amounts from conversations. Seemed as if you all were trying to slip “ items” unnoticed and your appraisal fee was very questionable from someone who’s has refinanced enough to know better. The attention to detail on the closing docs was not correct at the time of closing and your “notary” had to step in to correct your missteps. You all could have done much better than attempting to add on fees ... read more
