Suzanne made the experience better. Unfortunately one question on the survey asked if I would refer Penny Mac to others. I answered yes because I know this survey is about Suzanne. In actuality I would not refer anyone to Penny Mac. 95% of the process was just embarrassing on your part. If you want some good training please listen to ALL of the recorded calls from several of your advisors.
