Briana was as helpful as she could be. Unfortunately she gave us incorrect information based on what she had been told by her contact. We were told so much incorrect information that our loan cost us $7000. We had been told several times by our loan agent, then repeated to us from Briana Parker, that there would be a 2nd credit check which would show the balances of our accounts that we were
The convenience to apply, communicate, sign, and provide requested documents online made the process extremely smooth. I liked being able to complete the document requested and provide my signatures on the website at a time that did not otherwise interrupt my busy schedule.
The entire process was easy and unbelievably quick.
The mortgage specialists were consistently unable to review uploaded documents and realize I had already supplied the requested information for their records. Any nominal review of the documents would have told them the requested information was readily available to them in the records review file.
