The mortgage application and closing was very easy from beginning to end. Callihan was very helpful and informative.

Elyccia made the process very clear and communicated weekly. I was disappointed with the lenght of time it took to close, but it was not Elyccia's fault. The appraiser took more than 5 weeks to send the appraisal in after his visit to our condo.

I closed on this loan in November. This survey would have been more useful closer to that time. I also do not remember the individual (Mylana Lane) at all in the process.
