The refinance process was very easy. It was handled in the time frame that was set. I would definitely recommend PennyMac.
For the love of God, the previous questions should be enough. He was professional and prompt. I have no complaints.
There was a lack of communication from the processor. The terms that were disclosed were not what were approved and I wasn’t given an adequate explanation as to why. After getting a manager involved the terms were changed back to what was disclosed. The process took months without a good explanation.
Overall it was great. People tried to help when they could. Thank you
What made experience great was that I was able to get refinancing at a 2.99% APR and drop PMI.
Return calls are after a few days. There lacks immediate responses to things. Can’t get through to loan officer directly is a problem!!!!!
