Calls back when asked would have been nice. All communication was via email and hold times to speak to anyone were horrendous.
Good and easy
I am so confused by this process
It took several attempts just to get a copy of the documents to preread before closing. There were documents in the closing package the notary showed up with that were not in the package I asked for beforehand to preread. The notary was unprofessional- 1) late 2) annoyed that we actually wanted to peruse the documents 3) tried to explain forms she didn't understand. Loan was sold to penny mac so my processes wereain with elsewhere
Jon was very patient and knowledgeable. He answered my questions promptly and laid out my options clearly and concisely.
They made my loan simple I already had a loan with them so the paperwork was minimal and I didn’t have to give them a lot of backup. Basically they did all the work.
The closing company was worthless and no deserving of business
