Process was fine only glitch was repetitive emails with requesting same information
First time refinancing a home and Natalie made the whole process seem effortless. Her attention to details and comprehensive understanding of each aspect of the process helped me make an informed decision.
Nicholas was great. I never once spoke to Savannah. I didn’t receive a call or an email. Nothing. So it’s hard to rate her. Although I signed on 3/1. I have not yet received my money which is confusing. Today is 3/7. I emailed Nicholas. I have no info for savanah.
