Chantel was an excellent helper/intermediary for me during my refinance process. She was always professional, yet cheerful and friendly. She made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. She is a great representative of PennyMac.
The loan dragged on. Constant more and more document requests could have been done earlier rather than new requests every week.
Would work them again, very easy process.
Nancy was helpful throughout the process and ensured we closed on time.
The loan process was done mostly online which is good but you miss the personal touch and verbal assurance. Pennymac regardless of who took my phone call was always very helpful and could answer my questions or the status of the loan and follow through to the end.
