Was not happy with the interest rate you changed it was 1/2 % higher than everyone was charging and you couldn’t tell me why
What would’ve been great is if I didn’t get 20 emails asking me to complete this survey. The representative never called me outside of my working hours so we never had a real conversation and when I attempted to call her back they would put me on with someone else. I tried to explain I did not want to evaluate her since we hadn’t spoken, so I sent an email in response to one of the survey requests. Once I made up my mind that I wanted to refinance, I made the phone call and from there everyone and everything went smoothly. We closed in a timely manner. My experience with PennyMac has been a great experience. I have been with them since 2018. Thank you
Anfernee was great about communicating through email and kept us updated constantly which was greatly appreciated.
They took care of everything so quickly and told us everything to do and made it so easy!
