Lack of communication between the Mac team. GETTING THESE EMAILS REPEATEDLY. I closed my Loan MONTHS ago. If I wanted to do a survey then, I would have.

Had a great experience through out all my loan application.
The process took much longer than I expected. And one loan had to be re-applied for because it was originally denied, supposedly due to not receiving documents from me in a timely manner. As I acted on every request as quickly as possible, I was surprised that this happened, without warning.
It was great since the loan officers communicated the information clearly. However, there was an issue at the end with closing documents that caused a lot of confusion and time waste.

Michelle was great, letting me know at least once a week where we were at and what she needed from me. She was very helpful and she also made the closing process easier by helping out with some of the documents being easier to sign off on.
Zannetta was extremely professional and personal which helped the process run smoothly
