Sandra lost contact with us 2 weeks before closing. Very disappointed with our entire process, I feel no one contacted nor communicated with our realtor, us, and the closing lawyers office. The whole experience of a buying a home and trying to sell at the same time was extremely stressful. Sandra's manager stepped in closer to our closing date. I'm sorry I cannot remember his name, but if it wasn't for him I don't know if we would have been able to close. However, the whole experience has armed us with life experience.... read more

There are delays when other people in the Mac chain of approvals had to do things, so this is not a comment for the first origination team taht helped me put in the load applciation, not it is a comment about Amanda, It took 2 weeks or more
