My refinance was an awful, extremely painful experience. One I hope to never have to go through again with Pennymac. I started on 11/12/21 and closed 3/1/22. The only person that seemed to care at all was Dylan Chung and he too had no answers for me toward the end when I was being asked for duplicate information concerning my business. I would rather not own a home than try to get a loan with Pennymac it was so bad. It was apparent that NO ONE read my email! I was asking for tax forms to be sent to me from the first part of 2021, and the reply I got, obviously automated, said "As your email pertains to your existing mortgage with PennyMac, it can be best answered by one of the following: Website: www.PennyMacUSA.com Secure Messaging Online: 1.
