Process was smooth and easy, quick responses to any questions, always very helpful and super nice!
Greatest refi experience in my entire life
Have One agent who is handling my loan. Have ability to speak to that person. Have that person return phone calls. Have my questions answered. Too many web sites to navigate with different log ins and pass words.
Good was not an option. Honestly, it was a good experience. We had a few communication issues, but it was from both sides. Overall, good experience.
Amazing Amazing
To many things, the process was horrific. Over half a year. Repeated request for documents, 10 agents all assigned at random times. No legit point of contact. Whatever management created this process clearly doesn’t deal directly with their staff because it’s horrid. The system doesn’t work.
If your agent had been responsive and at least appeared interested and knowledgeable.
