During the very stressful time of buying a new home and all that goes with it Jamie and the Pennymac team made things so easy for us. We only had a few questions because they walked us through every step, but those questions were answered promptly. We closed when we needed to, our documents were correct and the Pennymac team is professional, courteous and kind. A great experience!!!!
