I had a pretty good experience but ended u p having to repeat the application twice and only luckily closed on the very day I would have had to repeat the process THREE times if I had not been so persistent. The problems on the first application was due to a lien on the solar panels. By the time that was resolved (and I only resolved it by paying off the loan on the solar panels) the 650 days were over and we had to start again. I appreciate your patience and availability when I had questions throughout the process.
The process was frustrating started in June closed in September? Had to submit the same documents multiple times, lack of communication.
Overall it was a great experience.
Communication was great and things got done in a timely manner
Linda always kept her appointments on call backs. Many times you will hear someone say "I will call you back on this date" and they never do. Linda always did whether there was an update or not, she called, which I appreciated tremendously.
There was some confusion about the loan. It was a refinance loan but it seemed like early on Pennymac thought it was a new loan. Also the closing was first assigned to someone on Maui, where I live on the Big Island.
