Lack of communication between the Mac team. GETTING THESE EMAILS REPEATEDLY. I closed my Loan MONTHS ago. If I wanted to do a survey then, I would have.

There was an issue with a creditor that should have been clear from the beginning. As a result, I had to submit paperwork twice and I had 2 closings.
Communication and timing I feel is what made this experience over and above our expectations.
