I am already a customer. The recorded conversations are available for you. Flood Insurance required with out explanation. Demands to close or loan would be cancelled. Too many associates to work with because you could not get to Mr. Haywood. Some did not have updated documents which lead to inaccurate conversations. That is a PennyMac problem, not Eric's. Great and very satisfied
My documents were put in a strange file and requested several times. Each time I called I was told by several different people that yes they were there but I kept getting emails asking for them again and again. This delayed the process for 3 weeks. I think it would be better if you actually spoke to just 1 person when you call not just anyone who answers the phone.
