Overall good experience.
Sandi McMillian was always available to address any concerns or to explain the process. The only issue I did have was with the Title Company they took very long to get things rolling and to me it could have been lack of experience.
I never met or talked with my loan officer. I left messages and was promised that my loan officer would call me back and never did.
The process was simple
Dealing with Mac team no talking just email and to many people. No talking and no talking with people about property
Everyone I worked with throughout the refi process was extremely helpful, and we closed ahead of the originally communicated timeline. Thank you!
She was great communicator and customer service was amazing
