Great experience
I just prefer the old way on meeting In person. She did nothing wrong at all and was pleasant
Probably needed someone else . Requested call back from supervisor did not receive. Sometimes her time was not approrpriate and gave inaccurate information; sometimes had a poor attitude. Didn’t want to give her a bad report which is why I did not previously submit. This wasn’t my first time going through the mortgage process so I felt she would give me incorrect information because she thought I didn’t know. My husband and I own 4 houses.
