Better communications between Pmac staff and customer.
Great and fast process
To be able to stay with one loan officer during whole process. If Kami Weber had been my loan officer through this whole process, I believe we wouldn’t have had so many issues.
I do feel that it's very poor business to tell a customer by email this is your final notice. I had been communicating with Pascal not Erica . I felt it rude and intimidating of her . Working with one agent is a asset. I never ever spoke with Erica Sanchez ! She needs training. Read the emails. Thanks for the opportunity to inform you. Maybe she shouldn't have sent me a survey numerous times.
