Documents were requested again and again last minute and even the day of closing from Linda. Meanwhile the her manager took our direct call and was confused by the request and told us not to worry that our loan was approved. This kept occurring even on the day of closing.
Penny Mac makes the process straightforward and easy. Communicated every step of the way what was expected and where we were in the process. I have been a PennyMac customer for years now and will use them time and again!
