On time accurate good service
Several times I was told my total payment would be around 750.00 per month. I always said that's not correct I knew it had to be higher but I was still told by several different people that was accurate. Turns out I was right. Other than that everything was great. I think people need to be better trained on giving out more accurate numbers.
The people who represent PennyMac made it great!
You guys better keep this fine employee! If you don't you're going to regret it. She goes out of her way to make sure that you understand what is going on, happening, what's needed, and she's positive, polite, and very understanding when you speak with her.
