Britnee was wonderful to work with, however, PennyMac dropped the ball big time on us and we spent over 9+ months trying to get things straight and our interest rate was increased when the original application was dropped by underwriting and the manager did not communicate back to the sales agent who had reassured us we were good to go on initial application. Grace and the other members of the MAC Team were awesome. I was kept appraise of every step and always in a professional and proficient manner. There were a couple of his ups but that is to be expected with a complicated issue like refi. I will certainly work with PennyMac on another property

Cesar was great. He deserves the top ratings. The title people not so much. They took long, asked for things over and over, did not care that they were coming up close to the cutoff date for closing. They need to have some customer service training.
