Esign confusing! Sent several docs more than once. Some personnel did not follow through as to who had which docs. Glad it's finished.

We have never even spoken to Erica. I relied on the website to tell me my status...and then when the closing guy called to schedule I just had to decide. Nobody even called about the variance after the appraisal...nothing. I have no idea who Erica is, and that's poor business. But I went ahead and refinanced anyway because I got the lower rate
