Overall great experience. Had some time limitations but the PennyMac team did all they could do to make the closing finish as soon as possible.
Each member of the team was knowledgeable and helped me understand what and where in the process we were at. Questions I had were answered promptly and explained to me, if needed
I was pleased how easy it was for my wife and I. I sent them everything they asked for and what I didn’t understand We were coached throughout the process.
Excellent overall experience
Closing actually happened earlier than expected. They walked me through each part of the process and it was a breeze. Highly recommend.
