Too many loan personnel and getting shifted from one person to the next. Raveena was the last one and the most reliable
Once the initial signing took place, the communication became an absolute headache. It was nearly impossible to get in contact with the loan officer, and a "call you back in two hours" turned into three days later...everytime. Braxton Bearden was my "loan officer" but he literally did nothing but initiate the conversation and I never spoke to him again. He particularly was why I had any negative outlook about this entire process.
Great experience. Second refi with PennyMac. New portal was a bit more confusing than the other one.
Overall experience was great!
No matter how many times I sent him documents they were never received and it delayed our payment significantly. No one even explained who this person was and I legitimately believed our mortgage and home was being stolen. I will never use penny max again after this because of this horrific experience. I was going to save y’all the bad survey but since you wanted to email me about it every day there you go. If I could give this whole experience a negative I would. Absolutely horrible.

The process took way longer than expected. Document requests kept coming. Should have communicated all the document needs up front. Molly was helpful. The closing was complicated and there were delays that nearly collapsed the process
