We had a great experience when we refinanced our house. They specified what paperwork was needed and we got it all done in a timely manner.
Penny MAC team members were excellent through communication either via emails or phone calls. We constantly received emails updating us on our loan process. We were never in the dark.
Everything went well but the process did take longer than I was told.

Shay was so friendly and offset worries by her clear explanations and pleasant manner.
The disclosure documents were sent to me over 20 times being incorrect each time. I discussed this many times & they still sent incorrect disclosures. Later I signed the correct disclosures & after the loan closed I was still receiving incorrect disclosures. Unbelievable!!!
When having questions, they were answered quickly
