The process was a new experience since it was during the COVID-19 situation. I am more of looking at the person in the eyes and shaking hands. But it was a good experience it probably could be a little better but am very happy with the outcome thank you.
I had a great experience with Marcia. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I love Pennymac and they treat you more than just a customer.
There was some confusion and additional requests for documents, related to my wife being self employed, and the documents that were required to show her income, but Brandon did a great job of answering all of my questions and easing my frustration with the process. He was very professional, but understanding at the same time.
