Edward was a professional throughout the process. He returned all calls promptly and answered all of my questions in a kind and courteous manner.
I really enjoyed talking with Erika Stacy. She is friendly, understanding and patient. I had an usually situation and she helped me get through it all. I would recommend working with Erica Stacy at PennyMac. When I'm ready again in the future I will be calling her.

This was my second mortgage with PennyMac. Diana Rogel and Nicki Stober were awesome! Problem with my second mortgage started when the MAC team got involved. They scheduled my appraisal the day before I was to close. Then after clearing that up the final numbers for closing changed 4 times. I sat in the title office waiting for Pam Wilcox to clear up the problems for hours and things were finally resolved.
