Excellent Customer service.
Everything went as expected. A professional experience from start to finish.
I feel that I was overcharged based on my pending v.a. Claim. I had a question at cloing and I was told to take it or leave it. My broker left in the middle of the process. I’m not sure what role K. Baker played in my loan.
Colin helped me through the process and was available for any questions I had. It made my experience feel that much more relaxing 😎.

Communication is/was the key. Just knowing that “my question(s)” are not hanging out on someone’s voicemail that never gets responded to, or unanswered email or text. Some businesses seem to have a problem utilizing the capabilities of all their devices. Your group seems to have it down. “Customer Relations”, we used to all it.
