Julianna Cruz was outstanding! This is my 7th mortgage and by far the easiest because of her work ethic. Also, she found an overdue tax payment that slipped through the cracks and was extremely professional about how to remedy the issue despite my lack of understanding. She deserves a raise and bump up in leadership position at PennyMac!

Loan did not close on original closing day and no one called to advise that closing was being postponed. The next day processor reached out and said all phone systems was down and customers couldn’t be notified of anything. If I was made aware of closing being rescheduled that would have made my experience a lot better,
The process was very fast and done with no errors , My refinance team worked hard to make sure I got the best services possible , from application to closing ,Penny Mac is a great company to work with.
