Whenever I had questions, they were answered promptly. This experience was very professional, and the customer service was great.
The loan rep was great!
Seems like no one was listening to me that my closing disclosure was just wrong. Brandon just sent me canned messages assuming that it was my problem. As soon as someone finally asked my originator about my question, I got a call and we sorted out the issue. Need better listening skills. (and maybe a better signing portal)
Already had a loan with Pennymac so it was just a refi. Went smoothly and professionally. I recommend pennymac and would use them again.
