Everything that Peter did was great! The only issue we ran into was at closing the wrong last name was printed on the documents. This was corrected quickly though and we were able to reschedule and complete closing the following week.
Anna was amazing, she helped me so much and went above and beyond to help us close on time. The only downside to Pennymac is when you call after your loan has processed I could not get a hold of anyone, but during the process it is very easy to get a hold Of someone
This review is actually towards Daniel Torres. From the onset our materials and messages have been sent to the wrong person. I’ve received all of Matt’s and Matt received all of mine. Hilda was great and helpful. Daniel Torres has been blowing Matt and I off. We still haven’t received any answer to our requests. We were told there would be just the one credit pull and only agreed to the one credit pull and several excessive credit pulls were made over the course of a few days.
