The PennyMac refi process was thoroughly explained to me and proceeded without any hiccups! All PennyMac associates were polite, addressed my questions promptly and the loan closed when expected. Very pleasant experience!!

Just was great about communicating to me, staying on top of me. I am just as busy as the next person and I need to be reminded not in an "annoying" way but toe that line just right. It is a delicate balance and that was done well. That is why the experience was great.
The entire refinance process went smooth. Everyone who assisted me at PennyMac was great. I was impressed that everything flowed so well. I would definitely recommend to my friends.
