Training issue. Erika is a very nice person but whenever I spoke with another rep you could hear the experience.
Helpful and friendly
Miguel Villalpando helped me to get everything that I needed done on time in a clear and straight forward expedient manner.
On the plus side PennyMac approved the refinance. After the refinance loan, I have had problems with PennyMac. I can’t get anyone to return calls. My bank requested information from Francesca Hill and she never responded to messages. No, I would never refer anyone to PennyMac.
Overall this process was very smooth. There were some instances where documents were requested that had already been sent or were labeled incorrectly in the request that made no sense. Upon a call our questions were resolved and we were able to get the documents sent.
