PennyMac, always goes over and beyond for their customers. That has been my experience during the loan process and afterwards.
So, we were going with a different loan company when you reached out. PennyMac offered better rates, and better fees! and the process was completed just as quickly (maybe faster) than it would have with the original company. I could not be more pleased with my experience.
