More communication and reply in timely answers. Request for dead husbands signature and paperwork you have on file that took weeks to get and refinance was also done through penny mac
My loan officer was great in answering all my questions even when I thought it may have sounded rude or misunderstood. He was polite and understanding my repeated concerns on someb financial language terms. 10 Stars
Awesome Experience
Everyone was polite, helpful, patient and prompt. Closing was even faster than we expected and relatively painless.
The online process is streamlined and mostly automated. Our weekly calls and updates were helpful and resolved any questions that my wife and I had.
I don't think it's Tyra's fault. She doesn't have control over if or when I would receive the $1000 closing credit. I never received the credit, even though early on I was told the request was submitted and being processed. Every time I asked Tyra about it, she said she would ask. But again, I don't think she has control over it.
everything was very good from start to finish the only thing I would suggest would be that they have Spanish speakers but it is my humble opinion thank you very much for your services and professionalism
Andrew was very helpful, professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy he made the process.
