Make it so that one person in handling the loan processing, not 10 people all figuring out things. Also please request right documents to appraisal. Very pleased with Noemy communication and customer service but the rest of the mac team for the most part is incompetent of their job. Nobody seems to be on the same page.... If not for the the interest rate locked in, I would have gladly taken my business else where. I have been trying to contact the care compliant service as well, but she does not give me a call back. This survey request is over 4 months after the fact so specifics are blurry. I just recall constantly being frustrated with not understanding who was doing what job and who to communicate with. Docs were repetitive and calls not responded to. Was rarely able to talk to actual rep that was assigned and others couldn’t really explain what was going on. Closing did not happen when expected. Still have yet to receive deed cert from tiltle company but given they are your chosen company I feel followup with them should be d... read more
