Absolutely perfect. Everything that was quoted was correct and also everyone was professional.

Samijo was great, it is just the refinance process is stressful and we had miscommunications about some forms needed. I thought I had sent everything, but kept being asked for the same document. I wish that the other department would have asked for a specific form number needed, because it was confusing for me.
