I definitely make recommendations regarding Pennymac rates and process how quickly everything is handled.
It was great because it was all online. So I could do the work I needed to put into the process mostly on my own timeframe. It was pretty easy to get everything that was needed and the notary even came to our house for the closing. A few things got a bit confused along the way, but that is bound to happen in any transaction of this degree.
